The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to contract for on-site grease trap cleaning and waste disposal at FCI McKean, 6975 Route 59, Lewis Run, PA 16738. The contractor will service one 10,000-gallon trap behind Food Service and one 2,000-gallon trap at the satellite camp, estimated every two to three months between 7:30AM and 3:00PM Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays, with exact intervals set by the COR. The contractor must provide the truck, labor, equipment, Pennsylvania licensing/permit, lawful waste disposal, and an invoice for each service, while complying with institution security including NCIC background checks and inspections. If scheduled service cannot be performed due to institutional delays, the contractor may be paid a predetermined trip fee as a separate invoice line item. The anticipated award date is December 4, 2026.
