This solicitation is restricted, 100% Small Business. FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin July 1st, 2022 and end July 22nd 2022. By bidding on these items you are confirming that you can make delivery within this timeframe. Any delivery that is not within this timeframe can be refused, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations. Deliveries will be made to the FCI McKean Warehouse, 6975 Route 59, Lewis Run, PA 16738, 15 Miles South of Bradford, PA. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offerors whose bid, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with both past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be available on May 20th, 2022 at 9 am EST and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: beta.sam.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed through this site. Vendors who submit an offer concur that the delivery date can be met, unless otherwise specified (example, weekly bread deliveries).
