The manufacturer is Cottrell, part number CX-5308, description is 2021MY Cottrell CX5308 8-Car High Mount Car Hauler Trailer and also include all the trailer options and specifications as listed in the attached SF-1449 form. Deliveries will be made to the USP Terre Haute, National Bus Center, 4200 Bureau Road North, Terre Haute, IN 47802. This solicitation is unrestricted and the contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, confirming to the solicitation, are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance, technical, lead time, delivery, and price considered, with prices being rated higher. The solicitation will be made available on September 16, 2020, and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: beta.sam.gov.
