The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Institution, McKean, located at 6975 Route 59, Lewis Run, Pennsylvania 16738, is soliciting a contract to provide replacement 5KV cables and testing NETA standards. Please see the required work specifications. All contractors conducting business with the Federal Government are to be registered with SAM (System for Award Management) website www.sam.gov. Quoters should include their Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number in their quotes. All contractors are required to provide proof of insurance with quote. This action is being set aside for Small Business. The evaluation factors will be technical, past performance, lead time and price. Technical and Past performance are far more important than price. The anticipated date of closing is on or about August 13, 2019 at 2:00 PM EST. All interested vendors must submit their bids/quotes via email to pjcrowley@bop.gov or jtryniak@bop.gov or may be faxed to 814-363-6815. Quotes received after the deadline will be handled in accordance with FAR Part 52.212-1(f). Mailed quotes will not be accepted.
