The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Institution, McKean, located at 6975 Route 59, Lewis Run, Pennsylvania is soliciting a contract to SUPPLY ONLY replacement doors. Please see the required work specifications. All contractors conducting business with the Federal Government are to be registered with SAM (System for Award Management) website www.sam.gov. Quoters should include their Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number in their quotes. This solicitation is set aside for small business. The evaluation factors will be technical, past performance, lead time, and price. Technical and past performance are far more important than price. Quotations shall be received on or before the deadline of Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. EST. Quotes received after the deadline will be handled in accordance with FAR Part 52.212-1 (f). Mailed quotes will not be accepted. The anticipated award date is August 8, 2019. Please place any questions you may have in writing and email them to jtryniak@bop.gov or pjcrowley@bop.gov.
