The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) McKean, Bradford, Pennsylvania, intends to make multiple awards for nonperishable subsistence items. Delivery dates will be between the dates of July 1, 2019 and July 12, 2019 unless otherwise stated in the item description. Deliveries will be made to the FCI McKean Warehouse, 6975 Route 59, Lewis Run, PA 16738, 15 Miles South of Bradford, PA. The Government will award firm-fixed price purchase orders to the lowest priced responsible offerors on a per line item basis. Evaluation factors are past performance, price and delivery. Award will be based on the best value to the government considering the evaluation factors listed above. Vendors who submit an offer concur that delivery date can be met, unless otherwise specified. Substitutions to specifications in line item description are prohibited, (example, size and case count.) No dented cans or substitutions will be allowed. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 23, 2019. It will be distributed solely through this website.
