FCI Loretto is seeking services for a Building Inspections that will include Gas Line, Fire Suppression and Fire Detection system inspections in our UNICOR Building that is considered a Hazardous area due to lead dust contaminents. Inspections will need to be completed within the next 30-60 days. The concerned Building is located within the secure perimeter of a Federal Correctional Institution and contractors will need to pass a background investigation to work on institutional grounds. The Contractor will be responsible for conducting a Hazard Assessment (Lead Dust) to determine the appropriate PPE that contracted employees will be required to wear during inspections.
