The Institution's Freezer unexpectantly stopped working on 12-13 July 2023 and local resources needed to be used to keep over $500k worth of subsistence frozen and from spoiling. This JOFOC is for the immediate purchase of three Condenser Units needed to repair the Freezer. The Condenser Units were not immediately available from any local vendors. The earliest estimated arrival date for the condensers is 4-5 weeks from purchase date which was 10 August 2023. Currently, we are renting Refrigerated Storage Containers until the repair parts for the Walk-In Freezer arrive.
