This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the number is 15B20724PR000148. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 (Feb 23, 2024) The North American Industry Classification Code is 811210. This requirement will not be set aside for small business. All vendors must be actively registered on Sam.gov and not by included on the Excluded Parties List System. The U.S. Penitentiary in Lewisburg intends to enter into a firm-fixed price contract for the following commercial item: Retrofill the existing Visi-Vac Switch at the powerhouse at USP Lewisburg. With a fixed vacuum circuit breaker element and HVL/cc switch.
