The United States Penitentiary Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, intends to make multiple awards for perishable subsistence, meat and cheese items under15B20722Q00000008. Delivery is FOB destination and is intended to start on April 1st 2022. Please refer to the line item descriptions for specific delivery information. Deliveries will be made to USP Lewisburg using Fenton Rd (Rear Entrance), Pa. 17837. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government on a line item basis. No substitutions will be allowed, YOU MUST QUOTE FOR WHAT IS ON THE SPEC SHEET. The solicitation will be made available on or about Feb 16th 2022 . It will be distributed solely through BETA SAM https://www.sam.gov/ . Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about March 8TH 2022. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 31199. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The small business size standard is 500 employees. All responsible small businesses that are actively registered on the System for Award Management site, www.sam.gov, may submit an offer for consideration. The following criteria will be used to evaluate the offers: PRICE PAST PERFORMANCE, to include timeliness of delivery, correct product as specified, meeting corrected specifications, completing orders as awarded/quoted, quality of items, providing the correct quantity of items.
