This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Roman Catholic priest services to conduct Sunday Mass. The services will be performed at the Federal Medical Center, Devens, located at 42 Patton Road in Ayer, MA, and the adjacent Federal Prison Camp. The requirement is for a maximum of 2 sessions per week for 52 weeks in the base year, with four one-year option periods. Award will be made to the responsible quoter providing the best value, with evaluation based on price, and Go/No-Go assessments for past performance and technical factors. The contractor must provide a candidate with a Baccalaureate Degree in religious studies, ordination certification, and a minimum of three years of documented ministerial experience.
