The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award to provide (1) one Dental Assistant, (8) eight Certified Nurse Assistants, (1) one X-Ray Technician and (1) Ultrasound Technician at the Federal Medical Center located in Devens, Massachusetts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561320 (Size Standard: $30,000,000). This solicitation is set aside for small business. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contracts with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a one year base period with four one year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with the Statement of Work. The Government anticipates to provide the following estimate: Dental Assistant 1410 sessions per year, Certified Nurse Assistants 15,040 sessions per year, X-Ray Technician 1040 sessions year, and Ultrasound Technician 192 sessions per year. A session is defined as one hour. The solicitation will be made available on or about January 15, 2020 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The contract period shall consist of a 12 month base period with four 12 month option periods for renewal. The Government anticipates requiring a contractor to provide the following estimate: Dental Assistant 1560 sessions per year, Certified Nurse Assistants 13,120 sessions per year, X-Ray Technician 1040 sessions per year, and Ultrasound Technician 192 sessions per year.
