This is a 100% small-business set-aside request for quotes for second-quarter FY 2027 subsistence items—Kosher, meat, frozen, and dry—delivered F.O.B. destination to FCI Fairton, 655 Fairton-Millville Road, Fairton, New Jersey. Items will be awarded individually, with single or multiple awards possible based on best value using price and past performance; poor past performance can outweigh a lower price. The expected award date is on or before December 18, 2026, with expected delivery from January 4 through January 30, 2027. Vendors must meet detailed delivery and product requirements, including palletized deliveries, temperature controls, Kosher marking, refusal/replacement rules, weekday delivery hours, and no substitutions or case-count changes. Purchases of $15,000.01 and above will use purchase orders with electronic payment, while purchases of $15,000.00 or below will use a Government purchase card.
