This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 15B20421Q00000017 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation is a for supply and service acquisition for Kavo OP 2D Panoramic, Standard Column or equivalent, Kavo Imaging OP2D Free Standing Base White or equivalent, Dexis Software Starter Bundle with In-Office Training or equivalent compatible, Dexpan Link Software Module or equivalent compatible and Kavo IXS Size 2 Kit or equivalent plus installation. Training and install required. The procurement will be made on a firm-fixed price contract on a lump sum basis. Items will not be awarded individually. This is an all or none award.
