The Contractor shall furnish and provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to acquire, transport, and repair the various fire suppressions located at the Federal Correctional Institution of Danbury, CT., according to the attached statement of work. Past performance and price will be evaluating factors for award, resulting in a best value procurement for the gov't, with no preference given over one or the other. Site visit for this project will be conducted at FCI Front Lobby on August 2, 2023 at 9:00 am EST, located at: 33 1/2 Pembroke Rd, Danbury, CT 06811. Please see page 22 of SF-1442 for more information. Do not show up the day of the site visit without proper clearance from the COR, as you will not be granted access.
