The Contractor shall furnish and provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to acquire, transport, and replace/install a new precast concrete retaining wall at the BOQ according to the attached statement of work. This is a 100% set aside for small business only. All Contractor's must have a DUNS# and Unique Entity ID# registered and active in sam.gov to be eligible for this award. Award will be determined by past performance and price, with no preference given over one or the other. A site visit is scheduled for April 19th, 2022 at 9:00 am EST.
