The Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury CT., intends to issue a solicitation for the quarterly requirements of subsistence for Dry Goods and Meats. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination. Delivery dates will begin October 1, 2019 (all items are a one-time shipment and must be received by the month of October 2019). Deliveries will be made to FCI Danbury, 33 ½ Pembroke Road, Danbury CT., 06811. The proposed contract type is a Firm Fixed Price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. Awards will be based equally on price and past performance. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quote. Quoters are always expected to: 1) Deliver the product on the time as agreed. 2) Deliver the precise quantity requested. 3) Submit the invoice at the exact prices quoted, and only after full delivery.
