FCC Allenwood requires quarterly pumping and disposal for four grease traps during the service period from 10/1/2026 through 9/30/2027: one 10,000-gallon LSCI trap and one 2,500-gallon Unit 5 trap pumped in November, February, May, and August, and two 10,000-gallon USP and FCI traps pumped in December, April, and August. All four traps also require annual power washing as determined by FCC Allenwood Facilities, with visual inspections during each visit and any problems or damage reported to Facilities staff. Services are performed at FCC Allenwood inside the secure perimeter, where contractor personnel entering the perimeter must pass NCIC background checks, obtain institution clearance, and follow all institution safety, custody, and conduct regulations. The requirement is subject to the Service Contract Act under Wage Determination No. 2015-4255 Revision 35 dated 08/12/2026. Award will be made on a best-value basis considering technical capability, total evaluated price including all applicable costs, and past performance, including timeliness, specification compliance, and CPARS/FAPIIS history.
