FCC Allenwood requires pumping and disposal of grease trap contents under a performance period from 10/1/2026 through 9/30/2027. Work covers one 10,000-gallon and one 2,500-gallon trap at LSCI and Unit 5, pumped in November, February, May, and August, plus two 10,000-gallon traps at USP and FCI, pumped in December, April, and August. The four traps must also be power washed once annually at a time determined by FCC Allenwood Facilities, with visual inspections during each site visit and problems or damage reported to Facilities Staff. The requirement is subject to the Service Contract Act, Wage Determination No. 2015-4255 Revision 35 dated 08/12/2026, and contractor employees entering the secure perimeter must follow institution regulations, provide driver/assistant lists, and pass NCIC background checks. Award will be based on best value considering technical capability, total evaluated price including all applicable costs, and past performance, including FAPIIS/CPARS and timeliness/specification compliance.
