The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Allenwood, PA awarded a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to GE, W-443, 3000N Grandview Blvd, Waukesha, WI 53188-1696. This award will be made as a new firm fixed price order to provide labor and materials to repair one GE Healthcare Digital Xray Unit. To the best of our knowledge, this requirement can only be met through GE. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations as no solicitation document is available.
