The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Northeast Regional Office, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania intends to make a single award for the provision of Crisis Management Training Instructors and Special Presenters for the Northeast Regional Crisis Management Training. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611699 (Size Standard: $12,000,000). This solicitation is being issued with a total Small Business set-aside. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The Government contemplates awarding a contract with a firm-fixed price resulting from this solicitation. The performance period shall will be August 3rd, 2020 through August 7th, 2020. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations. The contractor will provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work for five days of service. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 26, 2020 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's BetaSam website at https://beta.sam.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions.
