The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, NY intends to issue solicitation 15B1520q00000058, for the solicitation of high mast lights for delivery to the United States Penitentiary Canaan, Waymart, PA. This acquisition is set aside small business. Terms are FOB destination with delivery within 90 days, contract is a firm fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, confirming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government. This is a brand name or equal and/or equivalent award with the evaluation factors as lead time, price, past performance, and technical. Technical being more important than price, lead time and past performance. If an off brand is submitted it shall have the same salient characteristics as the brand listed. The salient characteristics are listed in each line item of the RFQ attached. The solicitation will be made available on or about April 7, 2020 and will be posted to www.beta.sam.gov.
