Evaluations will focus on past performance, socio-economic status, price, and delivery schedule, with greater weight on past performance and delivery. Bidders must calculate line item prices to match posted quantities and also list actual case counts; otherwise, those bids will not be accepted. All dairy items will be awarded to a single vendor based on past practice and overall pricing. Bids must be emailed to jriffe@bop.gov.
