Past performance issues—such as deliveries of expired or non-conforming items—will result in placement on a do-not-award list for the following quarter, and any future bids from you will be voided. Warehouse rejections must be handled respectfully, and unpleasant communication will lead to a complete halt in communication the following quarter.
