The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton in Hazelton, West Virginia, intends to issue a solicitation for the Brand Name Requirements of mini CPAP Transcend machines and batteries as prescibed in FAR part 13 under NAICS Code 423450. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business with a delivery date to be no more than 45 days ARO. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, FCC Hazelton Warehouse, 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offerror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. Evaluation factors as prescribed in 52.212-2 will be applied as well as 52.211-6 Brand Name. The solicitation will be made available on or about April 24, 2023, and will be posted to teh General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: https://sam.gov All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is April 28, 2023, at 01:30 PM EST. A signed SF 1449, including vendor information with a valid UEI must be submitted to be considered a viable quote. Quotes must follow the solicitation as prescribed with all line items being inclusive. Payment will be made using prompt payment terms under electronic funds transfer.
