This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation RFQ 15B12121B10000002 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations [FAR]. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in which The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Hazelton, West Virginia,intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract to a single responsible and responsive vendor. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance, pricing, and technically acceptable as criteria for consideration.
