The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Hazelton, West Virginia intends to issue solicitation 15B12121B10000001, for the requirements Orthopedic Surgeons/Physician to render services on site for the inmate population incarcerated at FCC Hazelton to include all 4 institutions. This solicitation is small business set a side. Pricing will be provided FOB Destination, 1640 SkyviewDrive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single award. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this website https://beta.sam.gov . The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is September 30, 2020, at 2:00PM EST. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
