This solicitation is partial small business set a side. Pricing will be provided FOB Destination, 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single award. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered..
