This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set Aside in which pricing will be provided FOB Destination [1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525]. The contract type is firm-fixed price and the Government hereby reserves the right upon award to make formal single award. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation herein, while considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance.
