This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination with delivery dates between September 16 - September 30, 2019. These exact dates will be shown in the solicitation. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton-Warehouse, ATTN: BRIAN WHITE, SECURITY OFFICER; 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, West Virginia 26525. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government with consideration to past performance and price.
