The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of water utility service for the inmate population at the United Stated Penitentiary Lee, Pennington Gap, VA. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of a base period from effective Date of Award through 120 months. The estimated average daily flow for water service will fluctuate throughout the contract. The solicitation will be available on or about January 29, 2020 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov.
