The conversion kits must meet or exceed the salient characteristics of the Holophane Series HMLED3-PK4-30K-HVOLT-G-AW-FD 2. The conversion kits will be delivered to the United States Penitentiary Lee located at Lee County Industrial Park, Hickory Flats Road, Pennington Gap, Virginia 24277. The salient characteristics are as follows: minimum of 83,000 Lumens, 30K + 4,000K CCT +/- 250K, HVOLT = auto-sensing voltage (347-480 volt), housing color = gray, housing material to be cast aluminum with a hinged access for electrical components, optical focus to be AW = area wide, & FD2 = double fusible disconnect. High mast lighting fixtures must not exceed 52 lbs. per lighting fixture and must be UL 1598, 40C listed for wet locations with an (EPA) effective projected area of 1.30 sq. ft. Further details are provided in the solicitation specifications. The Government contemplates awarding of a firm fixed price purchase order. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this procurement is 335122 (Size Standard: 500 employees).
