Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a firm-fixed-price contract for the delivery of bread, dairy, and eggs to the Federal Correctional Complex in Petersburg, Virginia, with services to be performed at the warehouse located at 1060 River Road, Hopewell, Virginia. All items under this contract must be received by April 24, 2026, with deliveries accepted Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 2:00 PM. The government will award based on best overall value considering price, delivery, and past performance, and reserves the right to award by item, group, or aggregate. The solicitation will be available on or about March 09, 2026, on the SAM.gov website, and all amendments will be distributed there.
