This solicitation is unrestricted. Pricing will be provided FOB Destination, 446 Greenbag Road, Morgantown, WV 26507. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single award. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance, price, technical requirement considered, pricing being rated highest. The solicitation will be made available on or about July 17, 2019 and will be posted in on www.fbo.gov, all future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this website.
