This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set?aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311999. Delivery dates will begin October 1, 2023, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Memphis, 1101 John A. Denie Rd., Memphis, TN 38134. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on price related factors and past performance per FAR 13.106-2(b)(3). Payment will be made using the GPC for awards less than $10,000.00. For awards $10,000.00 or greater, payment will be made using EFT. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 21, 2023, and will be posted to the System for Award Management website: http://www.sam.gov.
