This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for food items, set aside for total small business, to be delivered F.O.B. Destination to the Federal Correctional Institute in Manchester, Kentucky. The required delivery timeline is 30 days after receipt of order. The evaluation will result in multiple awards based on line-item pricing, with awards over $15,000 made as Firm-Fixed Price purchase orders and those under $15,000 made via Government Purchase Card. Past performance is a critical "Go/No-Go" factor, evaluated on a history of on-time deliveries and complete orders with no missing items.
