This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311612. Delivery dates will begin on October 1, 2022 (exact dates shown within the solicitation). Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 805 Fox Hollow Road, Manchester, KY 40962 . The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards based on best value and past performance. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value and past performance. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, quality, comparison with other offers, and administrative cost.
