The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center located in Lexington, Kentucky, is issuing this solicitation for the requirements of: Constantemp E-600L and E-900L steam water heater. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set?aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 332410. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Medical Center Lexington, 3301 Leestown Road, Lexington, KY 40511. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, quality, comparison with other offers, and administrative cost. The award may be issued with a purchase card or purchase order. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 26, 2021, and will be posted to the SAM Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.sam.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site.
