The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center located in Lexington, Kentucky, is issuing this solicitation for the requirements of: QUARTERLY DAIRY ITEMS. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set?aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311511, Fluid Milk Manufacturing. Delivery dates will be between January 1, 2021 – March 31, 2021. Deliveries will be made to Federal Medical Center Lexington, 3301 Leestown Road, Lexington, KY 40511. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, quality, comparison with other offers, and administrative cost. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 3, 2020, and will be posted to: http://www.beta.SAM.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is November 19, 2020; however, this is a projected estimate and offerors should refer to Page 1 of the solicitation (Block #8) for the actual date quotations are due.
