The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of prosthetics and orthotics appliances for inmates at the Federal Medical Center, (FMC) Lexington, Kentucky. This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted. The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contracts with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. The anticipated Effective Date of Award (EDOA) is October 1, 2020. The resulting contract will include a base year from the EDOA through 12 months from EDOA with four (4) possible 12-month option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government.
