Delivery dates will begin in April 1, 2020 (exact dates shown within the solicitation). Deliveries will be made to Federal Medical Center Lexington, 3301 Leestown Road Lexington, KY 40511. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, quality, comparison with other offers, and administrative cost. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 20, 2020, and will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov.
