***AMENDMENT 1*** Question 1: 1. Do you require a specific brand for the tables? I’ve already contacted a manufacturer but would like to ensure that it aligns with your specifications. Would it be possible for me to come and visit to see the exact tables you need? There is no requirement for a specific brand table. On sight visits are not permissible for this solicitation. 2. Is the entrance doors to food service wide enough for these tables? The entrance is suitable for pallet sized loads and will accommodate tables built to the size specified in the solicitation. The Federal Bureau of Prisons plans to issue 15B10624Q00000043 for the provision of Mess Hall Tables to the Federal Correctional Complex Butner located in Butner, North Carolina. The NAICS code for this requirement is 337127. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at www.sam.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after, August 23, 2024, with a due date of September 9, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Easter Standard Time (EST).
