This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation issued. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 15B10622Q00000064 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-36. North American Industry is 325412. The requirements for this solicitation are for Radiopharmaceutical Supplies for test doses to be ordered on an as-needed basis during the period of October 1, 2021 thru September 30, 2022. Delivery is to the Federal Medical Center, Butner, North Carolina 27509. FOB destination. This is a firm-fixed price purchase order for the performance. The contract shall cover October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022. Any firm who believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by Friday, August 24, 2021, 4 p.m. CST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed and must show competition would be advantageous to the Government.
