This notice constitutes the only solicitation issued. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 15B10622Q00000053 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-36. North American Industry is 325412. The requirements for this solicitation are for Radiopharmaceutical Isotopes to be ordered on an as-needed basis. The period of performance for this procurement will be October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023. Delivery is to the Federal Medical Center, Butner, North Carolina 27509, FOB destination. Vendors who believe they can meet the requirements may provide a competitive proposal to the Contracting Officer by Monday, September 19, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability of the vendor to supply products and services that will comply with the requirements and perform in a satisfactory manner. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price single award contract resulting from this solicitation.
