R1wilkins@bop.gov Phone: 919-575-5000 ext. 1383 Fax: 919-575-5036 Description: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the rental of liquid oxygen reservoirs and the provision of liquid oxygen for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Complex located in Butner North Carolina. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325120 (Size Standard: $32,500,00). This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organization for contracts for which they are eligible. The government contemplate awarding of a requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a 12-month base period with four 12 month option periods for renewal. Al duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with the Statement of Work. The Government anticipates requiring 16 oxygen reservoirs and 33,250 pounds of liquid oxygen per performance period. The solicitation will be made available on or about April19, 2022, and will be distributed solely through SAM.GOV. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
