Any firm who believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by Friday, September 23, 2022, at 12 p.m. EST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed and must show competition would be advantageous to the Government.
