Contractor will be responsible for grease trap pumping and maintenance at the Federal Correctional Complex, Butner, NC. This includes removal of grease and food waste once per month for each of the 6 grease trap locations within the complex. The contractor shall inspect, clear obstructions in inlet/outlet pipes, pump out and clean the grease traps and grease barrels and dispose of the waste in accordance with all city, county, state and federal requirements. All materials locatee within the container upon removal become the property and responsibility of the contractor to dispose of in a lawful manner. These services, although not directly supervised will be under the administration of FCC Butner's Facilities departent. The period of performance will consist of a base and 4 option years covering the dates of October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2025. See statement of work for more details.
