It is recommended that you call the Contract Specialist prior to mailing your bid to ascertain if there has been a last-minute extension of the aforementioned deadline. Your attention is directed to the fact that a Contract Specialist is the only individual who can legally commit or obligate the Government to an expenditure of public funds-should a contract result from this RFQ. Prospective bidders are also cautioned against discussing the preparation of their bid (or any technical questions) with Government technical personnel. The circumstances of such a contact, when verified, may result in non-consideration of the quotation. Accordingly, all communications prior to an award will be directed to the Contract Specialist, in writing, to the aforementioned address. Contractor shall furnish an itemized invoice for each delivery at the time of delivery. All deliveries will be counted for verification and signed for by an authorized representative of the government. Contractor must provide a means for electronic payment to include bank routing and account number for all awards over $10,000. Payment will be made in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act. You must accept Credit Cards as a method of payment for any award less than $10,000.
