The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Radio-Isotopes for Pet-CT Scans for the Federal Correction Complex (FCC) located in Butner, North Carolina. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325412 - Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing (Size Standard: 1,250 employees). This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of one year base period with four 12 month option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policy and regulations. The contractor will provide services in accordance to the Statement of Work. The Government anticipates the following: (1) FDG Isotopes for PET Scan 320/EA (2) FDG-18 Isotopes for PET Scan Calibration 5/EA (3) Overages Dosages greater than 15 MCI 132/EA (4) Axumin Dosage 12/EA (5) Delivery Charge 12/EA The solicitation will be made available on or about May 21, 2019, and will be distributed solely through the General Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov.
