This opportunity is for the supply of food items to FCI Beckley. Quoted items must meet the National Menu Specifications, with no specification substitutions accepted. Product origin may include foreign countries as long as distribution is by a U.S.-based company, and options offered are determined by the FSA. The NFSA/Chief Dietitian makes the final compliance determination, and fried items may be baked at the institution’s discretion.
