This RFQ is for delivering food items to FCI Beckley. The supplied items must meet all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including the FD&C Act, the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act, and allergen labeling requirements. Products must comply with the National Menu Specifications, with no specification substitutions accepted. Unless otherwise stated, items may be foreign-produced if distributed by a U.S.-based company. The FSA will determine which options are procured, and the NFSA/Chief Dietitian will make the final product compliance decision.
